# The campaign has nobody to call

It was told to start with no contacts on its list. A campaign with nobody to call finishes at once, and a finished campaign cannot be given contacts or started again.

## What to do

Add its contacts with `POST /v1/campaigns/{id}/contacts`, then start it — or send them in the same request that creates it.

## Retrying

No: the same request gets the same answer until something is changed.
