# The credential is revoked

A revoked credential is kept as a record of what was used, and can never be changed or given to a project again.

## What to do

Add a new credential with `POST /v1/vault/secrets`, and point your tools at it.

## Retrying

No: the same request gets the same answer until something is changed.
