| `dials_per_minute` | integer or null | New calls a minute, at most. 20 unless you say. |
| `max_attempts` | integer or null | Tries for each person — a busy line, no answer — before they are left alone. 3 unless you say. |
| `max_concurrent` | integer or null | Calls at the same time, at most. 5 unless you say. |
| `retry_backoff_minutes` | array of integer or null | Minutes to wait before each next try, up to a day each. `[5, 30, 120]` unless you say. |
