Contacts lack a value the agent says out loud

The agent's words use a value that some contacts waiting to be called do not have — usually a placeholder added to the agent after the list was loaded.

What to do

detail names the value. Give the agent's field a default, take the placeholder out of its words, or cancel the campaign and create it again with the value for each contact.

No: the same request gets the same answer until something is changed.
