Send a delivery again
POST /v1/webhooks/{receiver_id}/deliveries/{delivery_id}/resend
Put a failed delivery back in the queue with a fresh set of retries — after your receiver was down, say. One already waiting is left as it is; one delivered is refused. Needs webhooks:write.
