Delete a contact
DELETE /v1/contacts/{contact_id}
Take somebody out of your phonebook and every group they are in. The calls already made to them stay where they are. Needs contacts:write and a live key.

Answer
200 with ContactDeleted.
Errors
Every error is a problem document with a stable code.
