The scheduled call is being placed

Its time has come and the call is being placed right now, so it can no longer be called off.

What to do

Read it again in a few seconds: once placed, its conversation_id names the conversation, and POST /v1/conversations/{id}/end ends that.

Retrying

No: the same request gets the same answer until something is changed.
