One exchange: what the agent said back, and where the conversation stands after it.

`collected`	object	The answers collected so far.

`finished`	boolean	The agent has nothing more to ask. The chat stays open until it is ended.
`form_complete`	boolean or null

`opening`	string or null	The agent's greeting, on the first turn only — show it above the reply.

`specialist`	string or null	Which of a desk agent's specialists answered.
