ToolObject

One tool: an HTTP request an agent can make mid-conversation, described for its model.

`agent_count`	integer	How many agents carry it: who an edit reaches.
`created_at`	string (date-time)
`description`	string	What the model is told it does.
`http`	object	The request: `method`, `url` (with `{slots}` the model fills), `headers`, `auth` and `timeout_ms`. Header values are hidden: keep secrets in the vault and name them in `auth`.
`id`	string (uuid)
`name`	string	What the model calls it.
`object`	`tool`
`parameters`	object	The JSON Schema of what the model sends it.
`project_id`	string (uuid)
`speaking_hint`	string	Said on a call while it runs, if the model does not.
